Beauty and Chaos, Unscripted

Spanish photographer Pia Riverola’s book “Días” creates a fluid visual journey that moves seamlessly through space and time, dissolving geographical boundaries.

A self-taught artist, Pia Riverola disregards the rigid messaging of traditional photography to let her instinct guide her, whether she is drawn to the glow of Tokyo’s neon lights or the surface of a flower petal in Spain.

The book seems to unfold like a series of vivid flashbacks, offering a sensory experience that engages the senses of smell and touch, as the photographer alternates abstraction with a deep emotional presence, finding wonder in life’s most ordinary moments.

The book “Días” by Pia Riverola is published by Loose Joints and available at the price of 45 Euro.
