Julien Mignot nourishes his works with a reflection around notions of line, horizon and border. The photographs in his Airline series, exhibited this year at Paris Photo, are unique pieces that question our relationship to the limits of space. Chance plays an important role in this series, whether from the point of view of the artisanal nature of the Fresson print or the random cutting of the horizon line that structures each composition.
