Deauville, Freedom of Vision

Curated by Laura Serani, Planches Contact Festival comes back to Deauville, France, multiplying the points of view on the territory of Normandy.

At its thirteenth edition, the festival exhibits the work of key figures such as Bettina Rheims or Raymond Depardon alongside the production of established photographers in residence like Omar Victor Diop or Stefano de Luigi, and a platform for young talents. Reality and fiction, still photography, film and the reinterpretation of archives blend in a program aimed at breaking barriers.
