One Step Further, Two Steps Back

A new exhibition by the photojournalist collective Dysturb promotes Women’s Rights focusing on women’s stories around the world, the issues they face and their resilience in pushing back.

In light of the current backlash on women’s rights in the United States and Afghanistan, and the ruthless oppression of the civil outcry in Iran, it is hard not to see the advance of women’s fight for equal rights and self-determination as a measure of the health and well-being of a country.
